Gloria's Story
Life
I moved away from Hueytown when I was 19 years old to travel with my school sweetheart and new baby as a Navy wife and mother. We traveled the east coast and lived in Europe for three years of our marriage. We were married for fourteen years and had three beautiful children during that time while traveling with the Navy. artner in life and have three fabulous grandchildren who adore me as I do them. I have had a full rich life and enjoy everyday as if it is my last. I miss having roots traveling so much, but have settled in Athens, Alabama with my soulmate. I own my home as he does his and we enjoy all the simple things in life. My son has joined the Navy also so my traveling has extended to visiting with his family as they move around the world. I look forward to seeing Hawaii with them soon. Life is good!
